Enrolment Process
The Hare Krishna School extends a warm welcome to those interested in enrolling their child.
Anyone interested in or curious about the school is welcome to come for a visit to see our facilities, get a feel for the school, and meet the principal and the class teacher.

Principal’s tours and Kindergarten orientation days are planned in Term 4 of each year.
Step 1:
Parents who wish to enrol their children must make an appointment with the administration office for an initial school tour.
These tours offer a wonderful opportunity to experience our campus grounds and culture, and offers the space and time for personal discussions and questions.

Step 2:
Once you have decided to proceed with your application, you must deliver a signed and completed enrolment application form, along with the $50 application fee, copies of recent school reports, birth certificate, and any assessment reports or support documentation to the Administration Office.
Any personal information provided to Bhaktivedanta Swami Gurukula will be treated in accordance with our privacy policy.

Step 3:
Upon submission of the application, we will arrange an interview with your child’s class teacher (primary school), year advisor and the school principal (high school).
This interview is an important opportunity for you, your child and the school to discuss what we offer, as well as our class culture, operations and expectations.
If your child has any special needs or requirements, further meetings may be necessary.
At this step we also provide an opportunity for a guided tour of the Hare Krishna farm. This tour is recommended to gain a better understanding of the school’s values and context.
Once the principal has made a decision concerning the offer of a position, the administration office will notify you of the outcome for enrolment and, if accepted, a commencement date, along with the practical information pack to facilitate your child’s education at our school.
