Oxley River Levels & Flood Alert
When the Tweed Valley region receives a lot of rainfall, the bridge to the property where our school is located can flood.
To ensure that students are able to leave the property, we will evacuate the school if we feel there is a chance of flooding, or we will cancel school prior to the start of the school day.
The bridge generally floods when the levels are at approximately 1.5 metres.
It is important that you check your phone and your email regularly if it has been raining a lot, to ensure you receive any message of school cancellation or evacuation.
